So I’ve found a solution today so it’s seems to be tied only to my account I signed my sibling in on my ps5 and when he launched the game on his account he can save just fine idk if it will eventually happen to him but I’m hoping it doesn’t
PS4's saves are region locked. That's why it couldn't read it. You should be fine. I transferred everything over during the initial PS5 set-up, the game and game data, and it worked. If you have ps plus, you can transfer your saves through the cloud. Worked for me. Yeah that's what i did.

Trying to use some codes for Nier Replicant. They're the official quick codes provided by SW. They're not advanced codes or anything. No matter what drive I use or if I'm transferring a Nier save from the PS4 Pro or the PS5 to a USB drive, the Nier save will not show up in the list of games. Every other save on the drive does.
you could use the same title id. I just didn't have them. I'm fairly certain saved mounter only attempts to decrypt/Mount a save file regardless of what game it is. God of war wouldn't mount as a Spider-Man title save, so there are limitations. It did Mount as a god of war 3 save.
