I have a 2004 Hyundai Getz 1.3 G4EA. I recently did up the entire engine. After doing 1300kms the car switched off but refuses to start. It cranks but still doesn't start. Even tried to kick start it and it wouldn't start. I noticed that there's no spark coming from the Ignition coils to the spark plugs. All the fuses and relays are in order

Go for Getz 1.3 only. This is because while Getz 1.1 may look cheaper, it is underpowered for its weight. It may give a higher FE of 1-2 kmpl but if you drive less than 1000-1500 kms per month, that difference may not hurt much. I would always recommend a higher powered car because of its better performance.
